Terms of Service

IMPORTANT: This sandbox demonstration environment is provided for EVALUATION PURPOSES ONLY. Production use requires a valid license agreement with Redix International, Inc.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Redix Healthcare Data Platform Sandbox ("Service") at demo.redix.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is a demonstration and evaluation environment that allows users to test Redix's healthcare data conversion capabilities. The Service is provided "AS IS" for evaluation purposes only.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

Upload Protected Health Information (PHI) - Do NOT submit any files containing real patient data, including names, Social Security Numbers, dates of birth, medical record numbers, or any other personally identifiable health information.
Use for Production Purposes - This Service is for evaluation only. Production use of Redix technology requires a valid license agreement.
Circumvent Usage Limits - Do not attempt to bypass file size limits, session limits, or rate limiting mechanisms.
Use Output for Commercial Purposes - Output files from this Service are watermarked for demo purposes and are not suitable for production use.
Automated Access - Do not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Service.
Reverse Engineering - Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithms or mappings.

4. Data Handling

4.1 No Data Storage

Files uploaded to this Service are processed in memory and are NOT stored on our servers. All data is discarded immediately after processing.

4.2 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the data you submit. By uploading any file, you represent and warrant that:

You have the right to submit such data
The data does not contain any real Protected Health Information (PHI)
The data is used solely for evaluation purposes

5. Usage Limitations

            The following limitations apply to the sandbox environment:
            File Size: Maximum 50KB per file
Daily Limit: Maximum 20 conversions per day (tracked by IP address)
Rate Limit: Minimum 3 seconds between requests
Output Watermarking: All output files are marked as "DEMO - NOT FOR PRODUCTION"

        

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, mappings, documentation, and related materials, is the exclusive property of Redix International, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

No license to use Redix technology for production purposes is granted by use of this Service. Production use requires a separate license agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. REDIX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL REDIX INTERNATIONAL, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Redix International, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party right, including any privacy or intellectual property right
Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party

10. HIPAA Disclaimer

This Service is NOT HIPAA compliant for production use. This is a public demonstration environment and should not be used to process real Protected Health Information (PHI).

If you require HIPAA-compliant data processing, please contact Redix International, Inc. to discuss our enterprise solutions with appropriate security controls and Business Associate Agreements (BAA).

11. Modifications to Terms

Redix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Severability
