One end-to-end demo using the real SMART launch, then the interactive documentation and a simulated prior-authorization submission:

  1. SMART launch → authorized synthetic patient
  2. Simulated coverage requirement (PA needed)
  3. Fill the knee questionnaire (demographics prefilled)
  4. Save the response (QuestionnaireResponse)
  5. Simulated PAS submission & status
